Red wines produced from 100% Cabernet Franc are rare. An excellant example. Produced biodynamically and biologically. Its colour is deep black cherry and bouquet intense blakcurrant , sweet pepper and liquorice. The flavour unctuous and complex, lively and round with persistant flavours of spices, red fruits and some vegetable notes. A harmonious lingering finish.
