Beauvignac Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Wine; vintage: 2007; ABV: 12.5%;Harvesting the grapes in the cool of the night and careful temperature control during fermentation has resulted in this delicious fresh fruity lively dry wine. Pale in colour, crisp, clean fruit on the nose and a flavour with scents of exotic fruits such as mango and grapefruit.

Cave Pomerols
Cave Pomerols is a co-operative wine cellar founded in 1932, recently merged with the Cellar of Castelnau de Guers. The Pomerols co-operative represents 300 members extending over 1200 hectares, of which 285 are classified A.O.C. Picpoul de Pinet. Among the six communes classified Appelation d' Origine Controlée Picpoul de Pinet, Pomerols is one of most famous. Over 75.000 hl is produced each year.
